The entire space is well maintained and very clean. This accommodation includes a comfortable bed, fast wifi, air conditioner, outside kitchen/dining area, hot shower and shared laundry facilities. Yusem is a friendly and helpful host who was always quick to respond. A great value for the cost, I would not hesitate returning here when in Alajuela. Thank you for a great stay!
The apartment is spacious with a balcony. It is clean and with everything you need. Yusem is very responsive, though she doesn’t speak English, I used my limited Spanish to communicate. she tries her best to help you. Very walkable to the city center. The only thing is downstairs it’s construction work going on during the day and bar noise during the night. I used ear plugs and I was tied after a long flight so it didn’t bother me much.

Excelente ubicación, limpieza, cama muy cómoda y anfitrión muy cercano y amable,te ayuda en todo haciéndote sentir como en casa. Absolutamente recomendado.

We are located 100 meters from the Alejandro Morera Soto Stadium (Alajuelense Sports League stadium) we have the Rinconcito bar on the corner at 200 meters there are supermarkets and restaurants very close.
We do not offer parking in the apt but at 100 meters there is public parking and during the day you can park on the street and For public transport we recommend an app called Moovit which has in real time all the bus routes throughout the country In addition to that you can use the Uber application, or if you wish you can also walk to the different places since everything is very close.
