I travel to PDC often. I usually stay at another location that comes with its own private beach. However you spend a lot traveling to 5th ave & other places. This property solved everything. Well I may not get the private beach access. However you will not go wrong with this unit. Everything was at my fingertips. I walked everywhere I needed to go. The unit was so so clean and the pictures do not do the unit justice. The unit is even more spectacular in person. The restaurant, the mega new grocery store right around the corner, 5 ave just a block away. The gym, the spa, the roof top pools, the people. This is definitely where you want to stay. Book them for all your PDC stays. The staff is simply amazing. They stay communicating with you from start to finish. Thank you so much for an amazing stay. I will always book your unit for now on!

Great location. Very spacious apartment with all you need and very well decorated which makes us feel homely. Rooftop is one of the best in Playa. Will be back.

Marco's unit at Ipana was fantastic, and we'd definitely consider staying again next time we're in Playa Del Carmen. From the start, Marco communicated well and was kind enough to help us get in early. The facilities are brand new and the rooftop is amazing as well.

Good location. Close to beach, restaurants, cafes, stores-(many choices within walking distance of 5-10 minutes) . Well lighted area for walking early in morning and evening. Security on site plus attendant on front door reception. Pool areas are very nice and well maintaiined. Pictures represent condo very well. Only negative is the large industrial fans outside condo that are very loud. Balconies are very nice but fan noise is not relaxing. Very nice sunrise and evening sky views from balconies. Condo is well laid-out, bright and a very welcoming space. Condo building is clean and well lit inside and out. Bonus: grocery store is 1 minute walk from building. I highly recommend this condo and location

Magnifique logement à proximité de tout ( épiceries , restaurant , plage ) … à notre arrivée il avait personne pour nous accueillir et expliquer le logement cela serait vraiment un plus qu’il ai une personne d é l’agence de location qui y soit … le condo est magnifique grand et très bien décoré … nous avons eux quelque souci avec le wifi car le réseau n’est pas super bon malgré qu’ils ont essayé de nous réparer à distance cela a rien changer au niveau de la vitesse … ils ont répondu rapidement à nos demande … le condo manque un peu d’équipement si vous y rester à long terme mais je suis certaines étant donner qu’il est nouveau ils s’ajusteront … le seul pour. Négatif c’est la climatisation à l’extérieur de l’épicerie… c’est impossible de s’assoir à l’extérieur nous l’attendons un peu dans la chambre mais ceci nous a pas empêcher de dormir …. Mise à part ce petit point négatif le condo est sublime et j’y retournerais sans aucun doute … nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous …
