Thanks Patty and Mario for renting us your wonderful house! Everything about the house was perfect! You can’t beat the location and the house was always spotless thanks to Flor. The kids absolutely loved the place and so did the adults. Our 3 year old son had such a blast in the pool with the other kids (5 and 9) that he was asking when we’re gonna get a pool at home. The house and everything in it was beautiful, the kids also loved the wildlife in the backyard. Thanks again for your amazing hospitality, hopefully we will have the chance to come back soon!

Patty and her place are PERFECT. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay including bringing me supplies by when I got sick on our trip. There were cozy robes in every room for all of us, a daily maid who was the sweetest, magical animals in the backyard each morning and so much more to rave about with Patty's place. She's an absolute angel and this is the best place I could recommend staying in Playa del Carmen! We'd definitely be back and suggest everyone pay a visit to Patty's!

Casa Koati is amazing. Patty and Mario were super friendly and attentive. We hired Mario to make us breakfasts each morning, which I highly recommend if traveling with kids, as well as a few amazing dinners. Mario was always super kind and over the top accommodating. Our family of 4 enjoyed the wildlife in their backyard each day, their lovely pool, and their A+ location. We did not rent a car and were able to just walk into town for shopping and restaurants, as well as walk to the white sand beach just steps away. I highly recommend Casa Koati, Patty and Mario! They are lovely hosts!

What else is there to say but look no further if you are looking for an exceptional place to stay with amazing hosts. Whether you are a family traveling with children or couples, this is the place to stay. You have everything at your disposal and more. The beach is 500m away and can bee seen at the end of the street, for the active folks there are 2 tennis courts about 25 steps away, Mayan ruins that are literally visible from the front door, 800 metres away from 5th avenue, 300 meter away from the shopping mall...the list goes on. I have been to Cancun/Playa/Mayan many times and this I can confidently say is a place I will keep coming back. Not only for the beautiful beach and surrounding amenities but also how welcoming we felt from the hosts. Traveling in 8 we opted for the Chef Services and can only say that it was amazing. There are not enough words to describe what an experience we had, but I can confirm that we already booked for the following year before we left!

Just spent a week in Patty's wonderful house . It was in the best location in Playa del Carmen. lots of restaurants and the beach 4 minutes away by foot. The daily maid service was outstanding. Our host were top notch they helped us with everything. Restaurant recommendations, excursions, recommended local taxi driver that took us to tourist attractions and waited to return us to the house. Simply Fantastic!!
