The home was lovely and perfect for my family, with a nice big table in the dining area and a pretty decent kitchen. The bathroom did not have great ventilation and it felt like everything was damp the next morning. The shower drain was broken and sharp (found out the hard way when I stepped on it as it had been covered with a mat). There were some spiders in the house and lot of webs, also some issues with ants on the counter, but that was to be expected for the location. There was plenty of linens, the washer and dryer access was great. There weren't complimentary coffee pods so make sure you bring your own. No access to a broom or vacuum to tidy up with. The yard was fantastic, my kids enjoyed throwing the ball around outside and we were perfectly located to visit Santa Cruz and Monterey Bay. Overall for price and location this was a great stay. Luis was very responsive, communicated clearly and we did not have a list of checkout items to complete which was very nice.

Luis was lovely and very helpful indeed. The house was easy to find and get in to and the town is beautiful and peaceful. The linens and towels were clean and overall we had a good stay.

We only stayed one night however I wish we would have stayed longer. Very cute and cozy home and not too far from Santa Cruz. Id definitely recommend staying here if you’re going to be in the area.
