SUPERHOSTS Sandilands Sutton on Sea just a 3 minute walk to beautiful sandy beaches. Located in a peaceful cul de sac This 2 bedroom bungalow is perfectly equipped Sleeps upto 5. Wheelchair accessible Kingsize bed master bedroom 2 twin beds & a sofa bed in 2nd bedroom Travel cot available Dishwasher washer/dryer dining table and chairs for 6 & high chair Secure patio with table/chairs. Family friendly with Sandpit. Buckets/spades WiFi booster /Smart TV (bufferers a bit due to local signal) We are a non smoking property If you smoke in the garden 🪴 please remove any cigarette nubs. Please put all outside cushions back in the storage and make sure the parasol is down as the wind off the sea can whip everything around the garden. This is much appreciated. Please put the heavy stone on the sandpit after use if windy and rainy. Keeps the sand dry for little ones. Many thanks

A fabulous bungalow, so close to the beach, great walks on the door step, we parked the car up and it was not used all holiday, Diane was great when i had trouble with the television, i messaged and straight away she replied and talked me through what needed doing so helpful and friendly couldn’t ask for any more. thanks Diane 😘,

Really peaceful location. Enclosed garden perfectly safe to let our small dog into without fear of escaping. Beach nearby was lovely and unspoiled and just a few minutes walk away. The property itself had everything we needed and so we could just relax. It was easy to find and extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. A perfect stay.
A lovely quite location with great access to the beach. Was perfect for a long weekend with the dog and Diane’s house was the ideal place to stay.
Nice quiet location and so close to a fabulous beach. Bungalow could do with a little general maintenance other than that a nice stay.

Sandilands is a quiet area of Sutton on sea. We are approx three mins from lovely
Sandy beaches. Just a minutes walk is the lovely Fat Seagull cafe/deli. Serving beer battered fish and chips, lovely
Ploughman’s lunches. Hot and cold drinks. I’ve creams. Beers wines and Gins. Plus a lot more.
They also have a local artists gallery.
Just down the sea lane away from Sutton thee is the new North Sea Observatory.
The lovely beaches of Anderby Creek.
If you walk left on the prom on Sandilands beach it’s a 20 min walk to the town. Where you will find a few bars. Fish and chip
Shops. A Chinese takeaway. Pizza takeaway and local shops.
The lovely Bacchus hotel has dog friendly dining. And a great beer garden. There is also a lovely Childrens paddling pool
Dogs are allowed on the beach until you reach the
Main beach near the beach bar.
The bungalow has two driveways on either side.
