We needed a place to stay after our home was damaged from water. This home allowed us to keep our dogs with us and keep our children in a somewhat regular routine. We were able to cook meals and sleep comfortably. The area is quiet and safe.

Disclosure: I own 2 AirBnB properties on the coast of NC. I take pride in keeping my homes very well maintained and very clean. My guests deserve a high level of cleanliness equal to a nice hotel. The house is in Brandermill. Brandermill is an older wooded neighborhood. There are almost no lights in the neighborhood. The house was relatively clean but it needs a thorough detailed cleaning. There was dust on the mantels and windows. The blinds were also rather dusty All of the mattresses were very soft and the pillows were all flat. This was less than ideal for some in my family. Two of the bedrooms had rods up for curtains but there were no curtains. We went and bought some blackout curtains. It would be nice if the hosts would put up some blackout curtains. The dishwasher did not work when we were there. The day after I let the host know, he sent over a tech. I do not think the tech was a professional plumber. The dishwasher continued to leave food residue and grease on the dishes.

We stayed here because we were misplaced due to damage to our home and it being repaired. This place made us feel like home. My husband and I have 2 boys and a fur baby and they all settled in very nicely! Especially the boys, everyone had their own space. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed immediately, the reply time is impeccable! I would definitely recommend this home and would gladly stay here again! Thank you

Absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. Extremely clean and comfortable. The host is super responsive and helpful answering any questions. Highly recommend!

Quiet neighborhood. 4 nice sized bedrooms. 3 full baths were very helpful. Well equipped home for our stay. Very responsive hosts. Nice walk to the lake from the house!
