Ralfh is a wonderful host. Very accommodating with quick response on whatever we needed during our stay. The location is a bit noisy since it is along busy street, although it will get quite around 11pm-5ish am but it is a convenient location. The water pressure is very low at times during the day, but he provided a water pale in the bathroom for water collection. The water heater I couldn't make it work. The stove is new and has never been use and it took us a while to have it on with Ralfh's helped it worked and was able to use it. I would suggest putting an exhaust fan over the stove. Another suggestion is to lower the TV a bit to cover the cord and the electrical outlet to be at least eye level, so we are not looking up to watch it when we are seating on the futon. also lower the towel bar in the bathroom coz it's hard to reach it. Overall, it was a nice and new very spacious place, and I will stay on this place again if ever I'll be back in Palompon and will recommend it too.

Great location. It's accessible to everything you need. Ralfh was always responsive to our queries. We had a great stay. I highly recommend the place.
