There were no surprises! The house looked like the pictures, all listed amenities were there, it’s a beautiful property.

This house is as described. It has no shortage of beds to sleep many people -- it's perfect for hosting a gathering of friends or family wishing to spend time at Sea Ranch together. We appreciate how the house is stocked with plenty of mugs, dishes, and cutlery to accommodate a large party. All our needs were met while we stayed here (hot showers, comfortable beds, a warm environment, a kitchen with enough equipment to cook simple meals, and plenty of towels). The house gets plenty of sunlight, and it's spacious and comfortable to hang out. The house is conveniently across the street from Del Mar Recreation Center and a short walk to the ocean bluff trail. The ergonomics are unusual in this house. I am a designer and relatively short (5'1") so I am sensitive to such design details -- light switches are mounted quite low; towel racks are very high; the kitchen countertop is higher than standard. Eventually, we got used to the differences and for a weekend stay, it was not a big deal.

This was our second stay in Constantine's house. We returned after a wonderful family vacation the year before. We are now making this a yearly event and will hopefully be able to book this house next year too. The house is perfect for large family gatherings, spacious and well equipped . We were a party of 7 adults, 2 little boys (3 and 1) and a large Husky dog. The upstairs deck is prefect for a large dog who loves to be outside all the time. Sea Ranch has very few safe fenced in yards for dogs so this house is perfect. The decks solid high walls kept our dog safe and sound day and night. The only thing I would mention to take into consideration is that you have to take care of small children on the open stairway. We took a large gate to keep at the top of the stairs to keep our 1 year old safe from harm. Constantine is a very good host, communicates instantly and with consideration. Our family was lucky to have found this house, we love it!

What an incredible stay. For starters, Constantine was one of the best Airbnb hosts I have ever had - so communicative, kind, and caring about us enjoying our stay, which is rare to find these days on Airbnb. Her place was also incredible- it was clean, incredibley spacious, and had beautiful peaks of the ocean from the living space and master room. Easy walk to bluff trails. Well stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer. A lovely backyard. Not to mention the hot tub was clean and in excellent condition. Cannot recommend this place enough if you want a beautiful place to stay with an incredible host. Thank you so much Constantine!!!
