The location is great. Close to the water, yet quiet area. We were less than a block from a casual sit-down restaurant. The kitchen was well stocked with eating/cooking stuff. Very comfortable gathering area. The hot tubs/kitchen/bathrooms were super clean. We had 10+ individuals and the rental is two side by side homes. Not a problem, but something to be aware of - especially since moving between the two houses required putting on and taking off shoes constantly - I would have brought several pairs of flip flops had I known that the group would need to walk outside so often. Having said that - it was nice to have two hot tubs for a group this large. There is both a lock box with a key and a code on the door... a bit confusing as we received two different codes for each door.

Both homes were well equipped and clean. The views were great and the location was perfect. We would stay here again.

These homes were frankly hazardous. No screens on windows where children have access, leaks in 2 out of 4 bathrooms. One of which flooded the whole bathroom. A door fell off hinges almost hitting a toddler and we had to buy supplies and take the time to reinstall it ourselves. All this among many more issues I’ve messaged Vacasa about both while staying there and after. After going back and forth for days they only offered to refund barely over 10% of a $3500+ stay. (I said their offer to refund only the $2 we spent on screws was unacceptable) This was only after Airbnb was directly involved, not just Vacasa and I. I do not recommend these homes until the host does serious work to them and I absolutely don’t recommend staying at a Vacasa home if you’re able to avoid it. I am very disappointed in how they handle guest relations, complaints, and hazardous home conditions.
