The penthouse balcony view is absolutely amazing and the condo was exactly as described. Krish is a great host and was quick to respond to any of my questions. The location is a short walk to a couple beaches and a grocery store but would definitely recommend renting a car if you want to see the rest of the island. Parking at the condo is free and easy. We will definitely be staying here again when we return to St Martin.

Krish’s place is incredible - exactly what we were looking for and a highlight of our trip. Amazing views, great amenities, very private and convenient.

Krish was so helpful through the entire process and super responsive the entire trip. The property is in a great location and near the airport (near maho beach, Morgan resort, we lounge) but recommend getting a rental.

Great views. Krish was very responsive. The place was clean. Full size washer and dryer was a plus. Comfortable with lots of available parking. WiFi was a little spotty at times. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
