So it’s important to note that according to the host Air BNB considers the sofa a bed. I mention this because it says 4 bedrooms and 5 beds. Me and my guest were expecting a fifth bed and were extremely disappointed when we found out that one of us had to sleep on the sofa. The host initially seemed resigned to this and unwilling to try to find a solution to the issue. However after having a detailed conversation they made a genuine effort to make sure we were comfortable. The next day they provided us with a brand new inflatable mattress to make our stay more comfortable. This gesture was greatly appreciated, and it showed the host was committed to making sure we were comfortable during our stay.
