Fantastic home in a nice neighborhood. The backyard was enjoyable to spend time in, the home was extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable. Allison was super friendly and responded to messages promptly. Thanks for having us, we’d love to be back.

We stayed here for the solar eclipse, and it was a fantastic place for 2 families. Close to great restaurants and a nice quiet neighborhood. We especially loved the little unexpected touches like the surprise delivery of Tiff's Treats cookies and the box of solar eclipse glasses.

This place was not clean it smelled of cat and dog pee. The food disposable had rotten meat in it that also smelled badly. The beds and couches had so much pet hair. The dishwasher never worked and when we checked in it was full of dirty dishes. The hot tub also never got hot. I feel as if what i went through on Easter is unacceptable.

Allison was a great host. Always responsive for anything. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. Something on the walls could help stop the echo. Otherwise it was great. Enough room for everyone to be comfortable and have their quiet time as needed. The hottub was an added bonus. Very clean and great towels. I would definitely stay with Allison again.
