We had a wonderful stay at the “Peace & Quiet on Conesus Lake”. We stayed for 4 nights in April 2024 to be in the solar eclipse path of totality. The home is well equipped with all the necessities and the kitchen is well stocked. The beds in the main house were super comfortable (memory foam, I think). We did not use the lower cottage but it looks like it would be a perfect bunk house for kids and teens. The view of the lake is stunning and it was fascinating to see how the lake changes throughout the day. The internet was down for most of our stay and it sounds like Steven may be switching providers for more reliable service. It was snowing when we arrived and we had to step gingerly down the stairs from the street level down to the house to unload our luggage. Fortunately, the stairs did not freeze over and everything melted a few hours later. We didn’t need to use it, but there was a snow shovel by the door. Steven was very responsive and promptly responded to our questions.

Steve’s place is as described - nice house on the lake with full amenities. Home was immaculate and is well appointed with plates, dishes, utensils, sheets, towels, etc. Just 2 of us for 2 (rainy) nights so couldn’t take full advantage of the dock/lake or decks, but with better weather would have been a great spot to kick back lakeside and relax (or kayak, paddle board, waterski, whatever). Steve was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend.

Beautiful house on the lake, with great views. Very spacious for 6-7 people. Living room and deck was beautiful, so were the bedrooms. Only issues I ran into was we got locked out a couple times because the door wouldn’t work when we put the code in so had to go through the back a few times. As well as an ant problem next to the sink in the kitchen. Overall, great stay and would recommend 👍

Awesome house right on the lake with a cool little guest house connected great for kids or extra visitors. Beautiful dock to enjoy the water. You will not be disappointed staying here!
