Yuni was responsive and helpful prior to move in, the place was perfect with clear helpful guidance at every opportunity. Once moved in my extended family enjoyed the property without issue. Only had to call Yuni to thank him at check out. Thank you

Estuvimos 4 noches, la casa muy cómoda para grupo grande que fue nuestro caso, la casa tal cual como las fotos muy acogedora. La casa un poco alejado del centro, pero tiene un Walgreens y súper cerca. Lo que tendría que decir que el cuarto que tiene el baño a dentro, la ducha no tiene nada ni una repisa para colocar el jabón, champú etc. y fue incómodo, y el servicio de abajo a veces tiene un olor a humedad. La casa no cuenta con jabón en las duchas y me parece que si deberían de tener. Toallas y papel higiénico suficiente para todos.

We faced issues with the patio sliding glass door not locking properly, making us feel insecure. Despite maintenance's efforts to fix, this remained unresolved during our stay. The hot tub and hammock were both dirty (upstairs hammock was missing), making them unusable. Maintenance was able to clean the hot tub promptly. The lower floor shower emitted a strong odor, raising concerns about water treatment. Yuni never acknowledged the issue and didn't provide a solution. The neighbor's (L) unleashed Rottweiler added an element of concern, and Yuni's response "call the cops, not me" did little to alleviate worries. The neighbor's (R) junkyard was a bit of an eyesore and my suggestions to add a privacy fences or disclose in the listing were met with a stream of angry responses. Yuni accused me of lying, being "unable to please" and more. Despite the issues, it was a nice place and we had a positive experience, but the host's awful treatment impacted my experience nonetheless.

Yuni’s place was great, she made our last minutes plans work out perfectly. Place is beautiful and our guys loved everything about it.
