Definitely NOT worth the money. Out in the middle of nowhere. 40-50 minutes to beach. Kitchen ill equipped, patio doors VERY hard to open and close. Horrible smell in secondary bathroom. Outside patio furniture falling apart, grill doesn’t work. Furniture is too low and small!! Fridge shelves cracked and broken. Would not recommend!!

House set up for our family was perfect, especially with the master bedroom/ensuite being on one side of the house and the three bedrooms on the other side. Perfect for privacy. Huge kitchen and outside pool area. Lots of room for kids to play in shaded area or to enjoy the sun around the pool. Location little further to the beaches and restaurants on 3rd/5th avenue than we would have preferred, but we did know that upon booking. Patio door was not user-friendly especially for 5/2 year old, very hard to open and close.

Spacious immaculate home in a quiet neighborhood. Sitting around the pool and listening to the birds was extremely relaxing. Karen was very responsive to all requests.

Karen’s place upon arrival looked okay.The house smelled unclean and musty though. Toilets didn’t function well. Back sliding door didn’t lock. Three large German shepherds next door scared my children and they barked constantly. Three of the four bedrooms smelled terrible due to plumbing issues. The price we paid was not worth it at all, could have paid the same amount or less to be in a better area with bedding that was more comfortable for sleep. The sheets didn’t fit the bed. The airbnb was stocked with all necessities including multiple air fresheners throughout the home because it smelled so bad. The air vents were covered if dark grey dust that we have photos of, and the toilet paper roll was hanging off the wall in the master bedroom. Overall it was a decent place to stay if you plan on spending minimal time in the home, but 100% not worth the price or else I wouldn’t be complaining.
