This beautifully decorated neoclassical apartment is located in a quiet area of Faliro near Piraeus, in Athens. Its interiors are designed to give a sense of luxury, warmth and comfort at the same time. It is fully equipped with everything you need and its location offers easy access to all means of transport. This spacious and stylish apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Starting from the living area, you will be definitely fascinated by its classic and elegant decoration with warm colors, wooden floors and really stylish furnishing. The living room has a sofa- bed, a fireplace, a smart TV, a large dining area and a cozy working space. The master bedroom with the relaxing blue colors has a large and really comfortable double bed, plenty of storage space and an A/C unit. The other bedroom has 2 single beds, a huge wardrobe and an A/C unit as well. The house is on the first floor of the building and has a balcony with street view. The neighborhood is really quiet so you can spend there relaxing moments during the day.

I highly recommend staying here. The apartment is unique and the landlord, a university professor, kindly provided his accommodation for the guests. Firstly, the apartment is very comfortably furnished and beautiful in the interior. Everything is done with love and the apartment is prepared to welcome guests with special attention. There is a housekeeper on the ground floor, who you can always contact if you are missing something, but the apartment has everything and even more for a comfortable stay. This is not a typical airbnb, but really cozy accommodation, it feels like you have come to visit a family member. I recommend staying here and living like a local. An unforgettable experience, we really enjoyed it.
Ήσυχη γειτονιά, μπροστά σε πεζόδρομο, εύκολο παρκάρισμα στην περιοχή. Καθαρό διαμέρισμα ευρύχωρο , άνετα φιλοξενεί 4 άτομα. Πολύ κοντά σε τραμ και ηλεκτρικό. Μόνο η σύνδεση με το wi fi είχε θέματακια σε ορισμένα δωμάτια του σπιτιού. Για τα λεφτά του αξίζει 1000%.
Οι ιδιοκτήτες πολύ φιλόξενοι κ καλοί. Το ιντερνέτ πολύ γρήγορο κ η κατοικία πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένη .To συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Located at Neo Faliro, a quiet area very close to the port of Pireaus, the apartment has nearby stations for all means of transport. The tram station is 6 minutes away on foot, the bus stop to the city center just 100 metres from the house and the metro station within a 15 minute walking distance. Neo Faliro is really close to really worth visiting seaside areas of Pireaus and graphic neighborhoods such us Kastella and Mikrolimano where you can find taverns and restaurants with traditional greek dishes.
