This place is absolutely gorgeous. If you have a group of 6-12 people, this could easily accommodate you all. The house was immaculate, with lots to do and a completely well-furnished kitchen. I cannot say enough good things about this home and our hosts. I highly, highly recommend staying here.

Everything was great from booking to the end of the stay. Jake responded to every question/communication within minutes and was always courteous and helpful. It was a perfect home for multiple families with kids - lots of space, many rooms and beds, and enough bathrooms for all of us. The kids played football outside and we utilized the grill and walked around the neighborhood. We all enjoyed the bonus of having a pool table and basketball. The checkout process and required cleanup was easy and Jake even let us know we were welcome to stay until 3 even though checkout was at 10. Would definitely recommend to others - especially multiple families with kids wanting to find a place to fit and entertain everyone!
