Our family of 5 and our dog really enjoyed our stay. The home felt clean and warm, and was conveniently located next to the lake and a playground, which was perfect for the kids. The well stocked kitchen was perfect for cooking several meals in. The location is also within a 5 minute drive to several restaurants and a supermarket. The host responded very quickly to my inquiries and were very helpful! We would love to be back again soon.

This place fit all of us comfortably and the kids loved the hotub. We spent time doing puzzles and playing card games, like a real vacation!! We became very comfortable right away. WE will definitely be back again, for sure, maybe a summer visit this time

Perfect bnb. Great location right next to the lake, a kids playground, and minutes from the restaurants and shops. Even walkable if you choose. It’s 30-40 min from bear valley resort. I wish there was snow here in Arnold but nothing you can do sometimes. We only had to drive 30-40 min to the snow. The place was absolutely spotless. Impressive considering it’s pet friendly. The backyard was big and fenced in for the dogs. Big family room with all of the amenities you need. Can’t think of a better spot than this

Sierra Retreat was our home base for a ski weekend at Bear Valley. We arrived after dark, but the house was easy to find and easy to get in. Everything we needed and more in the kitchen and the common space was perfect for our group....table next to the kitchen made it easy to hang out while making dinner and the family room was cozy for hanging out and visiting after dinner. Room set up was perfect for my sister and her husband in a room on one side of the hallway and my husband and I in one room and out girls in the bunk room on the otherside of the hallway. We even used the hot tub after a day on the mountain to ease tired muscles:) Because of the weather we didn't explore much outside, but I would return to check out the Arnold Rim Trail! Lots of blankets too which added to the cozy feel of the cabin!
