Constructive feedback - There was a noticeable smell after entering the studio. It seems that the place does not have great ventilation, so we suggest turning on fans and open the window for extensive amount of time in between guests. - The towels were damp and the shower had residual water when we arrived - The air that comes out of the ac is pointed directly toward the bed, which made sleeping uncomfortable. - the place unexpectedly feels a lot smaller than the pictures Good - Timely and easy to read check-in/out instructions - Gated entrance/parking lot

Everything as described. Area was a bit noisy at the time of my stay dye to lots of construction (not something the hosts can control obviously). Sidewalk along the building has a deep gutter which was not good for the low suspension car. Very comfortable and clean space. Kitchen was well equipped and internet fast for working. Host is super friendly and responsive. The area has a great number of happening spots short drive away and place is conveniently located. Enjoyed my stay!

This place was so cute! We absolutely loved our stay. It was clean and (while a little smaller than expected) was a great use of space for the size. We really appreciated being able to walk to Greenville Avenue, which had a BUNCH of restaurants and a few retail shops. We ran into a few inconveniences, including: 1. A strong cleaning product smell on the first night. 2. Minor difficulty accessing the property (keys and keypads were a little wonky). 3. Lack of places to keep toiletries (no shelves). 4. The unit is right below a staircase, which limits access in the closet and can be a bit noisy at times. With the exception of the smell on the first night, these were minor issues in the grand scheme of our trip. Location was amazing, bed was comfy, shower water pressure was awesome, and having a kitchen and washer/dryer was super convenient. This stay truly helped make our trip to Dallas one to remember!

Carpediem did a wonderful job hosting. They were incredibly responsive. I had an issue with the lock on the door and they showed up within 3min only for us to find out it was due to my own user error. Nevertheless the service was great and not what I have experienced in the past from other hosts. 10/10 would recommend.
