Great stay! Unit was very nice, clean and had every thing we needed. The location was close to everything! Would highly recommend!

The apartment was as described in the listing, and very clean. Towels and linens were also clean. the furnishings were spartan but comfortable. The building's resident were uniformly quiet. The apartment maintenance staff were prompt and helpful. The owner (Maverick) was also very responsive to questions. The apartment is located near the intersection of two interstate highways, which was convenient, but not terribly walkable. Considering the location, the traffic noise level was not a problem for sleeping. I felt safe coming and going from the building when it was dark. My only concern was that directions to the apartment were incorrect, leading us to the wrong building (there are five in the complex). We arrived on a rainy afternoon close to the end of the day. Luckily, we found a maintenance person who directed us to the correct building. I alerted Maverick so hopefully the directions have been corrected.
Had a very nice extended stay at one of Maverick’s places. Location is perfect, close to everything, and apartment complex is safe and comfortable. Apartment was clean, large, and had everything anyone would need. Couple of slight glitches, but overall I highly recommend and am grateful for their great place and service!
Carpet was stained, TV did not work correctly, minimal cheap furniture that was not in good shape. Hallways dirty and smelled. They had promised porch furniture and there was none but did deliver some. Never came to check the TV or carpet. They had said they would replace the TV. We had to get a subscription to Youtube tv in order to watch live TV and then it worked on an off.
