Plenty of parking and all the amenities will help make your stay complete This property is located in the Whisper Wood subdivision in South Lubbock. Close to grocery stores, shopping, and dining. Texas Tech is is just a five minute drive from the property, making this location perfect for graduation weekends and campus events! Our property has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, one half bath, kitchen, living, dining, and laundry room, with a large courtyard. The living room has brand-new power reclining couches with accent chairs to enjoy the 65-inch smart TV with all the streaming apps downloaded. You are more than welcome to log into your personal account or use the screen mirroring function on tablets and laptops, since we do not provide cable. The internet in this property is fast and you're welcome to hook up your laptop or gaming system to the TV as well. Our spacious kitchen comes stocked with the cooking and utensil basics to cook a meal during your stay. An oven, fridge, dishwasher, Keurig, and other appliances make this kitchen a dream to cook in. The dining table sits just to the side and allows plenty of seating, which could double as a place to setup your laptop and work from home. A more formal dining room is just off the kitchen as well! The first- and second-bedroom features a king and queen beds, with brand new linens to spice up the décor in this property. Two nightstands are on each side of the beds and a closet space with hangers allows you to hide away luggage. The master has a king sized bed with new linens, fun décor, and a electric fireplace for guest use. Two nightstands and a smart TV are also available for more comfort during your stay. Both full bathrooms are clean, fully updated, and stocked with all the toiletries one might need throughout their stay. Shampoo and body wash are provided in each of the bathrooms. The courtyard is located in the center of the house and offers plenty of natural light and greenery to enjoy your stay! A table and grill is outside as well. This is NOT a pet friendly home. Please make other arrangements for your furry friends. No exceptions will be made for this policy . If you do bring a pet, an automatic $250 fee will be charged. A free in-unit washer and dryer is also available for guest use. The garage has a small workout area and a upper body machine, please do not let children use this or adults' who do not know how to operate. Parking is available in the garage or front of the house and there is plenty of space for 2-3 vehicles. Be careful about parking on the street as the parking police are notorious for writing tickets in this area.
