Good spot for a quick trip

convenient location and nice house with good layout (bedrooms on 1 side, kitchen/living/dining on the other side), easy to park my RV in driveway, access to laundry was very helpful for us after camping trip! large fenced backyard was unfortunately not useful at all because it was full of weeds. house is a great value for more guests (we were just 2 people+ dog)

Sam’s place was a great location, just a few blocks from where we needed to be. The interior was clean, and more spacious than I thought. Would definitely stay again!

Great place for the price! All the beds were comfortable. Nice neighborhood. We got to town late and had troubles with entry lock, but host responded within minutes and had a solution to the problem. There also no microwave to be found, even though it a listed amenity and shown in a kitchen photo; I've let the host know about that.

We only stayed for one evening, but Sam's place exactly as described. Clean, homey and the beds are comfy.
