That is only 45 minutes away along with Dinosaur World. Legoland is 35 minutes. What else does this luxury pool home offers you ask? ***No Resort Fees** Only 5 mins to Amenity area Master Bedroom Suite......Located on First Floor and faces the pool/spa area...King Bed with bidet in bathroom and sliding door leading to the covered lanai...also offering ceiling fan and Roku TV...offering a shower and separate bath Second Master .....Located on Second Floor and offering a bidet and overlooking the pool area...offering a ceiling fan and Roku TV..offering a shower Bedroom 3......Ensuite Offering ceiling fan and Roku TV with king bed..with a shower Bedroom 4...Ensuite offering ceiling fan, Roku TV...queen bed..with a bath Bedroom 5......2 twin beds....ceiling fan and Roku tv...with a shower Loft Area...Sectional couch with Roku tv and ceiling fan The kitchen....fully stocked and you are able to make a request if you can't find a cooking utensil or dish you need...Just let us know and we will deliver it to you..also offering an island with 4 bar stools Dining Area.....6 seats with overhead light Pool/spa area...Covered Lanai with outdoor dining Living Room......Roku tv with ceiling fan Game Room...,...Air Conditioned with Arcade game...Roku TV...multifunctional game table with air hockey...foosball...pool and a few board games. OUTDOOR POOL/SPA.....you have the option to get this heated for an extra cost. We service our pools once per week but debris and leaves can get in the pool especially on a very windy day. We also provide a pool skimmer so you can remove any leaves or debris. We offer a paid service if you want the pool to be cleaned again during your stay. We provide complimentary WIFI, however there maybe times when our WIFI goes out due to no fault of ours especially during bad weather or if the Provider equipment is down. This however, rarely happens. To conserve energy, when our exterior doors and doors or windows are open for more than 5 minutes the Ac will automatically turn off. If you like the fresh outdoor air that is great because if you open the exterior doors the AC will be off in 5 minutes. However, if you prefer the home to be cool from the Ac it is important to keep all exterior doors closed at all times. Once the door is closed the AC will come back on. The longer the AC stays off the longer it will take to cool the home back down.

If I had to describe our stay in one word - Amazing! Sandy was always responsive whenever we reached out with a concern, made sure we were set up very well for our stay. Any questions I had about the home she made sure to answer in a timely manner. The home itself is exactly as described in photos and such. Only thing I would suggest about the entire home is the heated pool option. We are from Florida and usually during summers our pools get a little hot, the pool was ice cold which we just wished we got the heated before our stay, needless to say we still enjoyed the pool at the home and also the resort pool. Thank you so much sandy! We look forward to using your home in the future.
It was a very nice experience on our vacation with my family, we had enough space for each of us and we enjoyed the facilities, The pool, the SPA area, excellent. The only drawback we found was that the neighbors of the house on the left side had a party until the early hours of the morning, ruining two of the three nights we were in.

Our stay was wonderful ! Everything as described . The house was very clean . Neighborhood a little congested but in a nice area , not far from Walmart and food places . The resort clubhouse was nice. I would stay again .

Hey there, my family and I started vacationing in the Disney area since 2003. We absolutely fell in love with the area after visiting once or twice per year so we decided to relocate in 2012 from New York. What a drastic change it made...now I am loving summer all year round....I hate closed shoes so being able to wear sandals practically all year long is a big plus. I love seeing people emjoying this great weather and it led me to hosting....
