Pool Half Bath...Located in the pool area for your convenience and is equipped with hand soap and towels. Our vacation villa comes fully equipped with Towels and linens to accommodate your stay of up to 12 people. Please contact us if more is needed during your stay. We provide complimentary WIFI, however, there may be times when our WIFI goes out due to no fault of ours, especially during bad weather or if the provider equipment is down. This, however, rarely happens. This beautiful pool home has an open floor plan with the family room flowing from the kitchen. Lots of outdoor spaces with large patio. Offering 2 master Ensuites. The main floor master has a King bed and faces the pool. Both ensuites have soaking tubs plus a shower. The game room offers a pool, ping pong, and air hockey table along with board games. Our pool is outdoors and located in the backyard. It is cleaned weekly and we make every attempt to keep it free of debris and leaves, but at times leaves and debris may end up at the surface, especially on a windy day. We have provided a portable skimmer for you to remove any of these items should you encounter any. To conserve energy, when our exterior doors and doors or windows are open for more than 5 minutes the Ac will automatically turn off. If you like the fresh outdoor air that is great because if you open the exterior doors the AC will be off in 5 minutes. However, if you prefer the home to be cool from the Ac it is important to keep all exterior doors closed at all times. Once the door is closed the AC will come back on. The longer the AC stays off the longer it will take to cool the home back down.

This was home away from home. My family definitely enjoyed our stay. More than enough rooms and space. All rooms had televisions. The game room is really nice and great space for all kids to sit around. The water park was really nice, didn't have any problems getting in. Staff was very friendly. I would definitely book again. Loved the resort and amenities , location was peaceful with little traffic around the area and restaurants and grocery close. The kitchen and home were stocked really well . Even has plenty of kids dishes , highchair and baby gate. Had an issue one day with water being turned off but Sandy was quick to respond and work with water company and provide some reimbursement . She even left some welcome snacks and waters . Plenty of pool towels provided , even a hair straightener and curling. Irons in the master. Great value for the space . Bedding sheets and pillow quality could be improved by other than that everything was great !
First off, I haven't had much luck with Airbnb's - 2 of the houses I have booked for previous trips got canceled so I was super nervous. But Sandy was great. She was communicative and it made me feel so much better booking with her. The house was beautiful. The location was even better, you are just right across the street from the clubhouse. I actually didn't know that you had to bring your own towels to the pool area, our house had some but not enough for all of us however, I had brought towels with us. I am going to guess at one point the house had a ton and people probably just took them. There was plenty of room for everyone! The kids enjoyed the board games and the foosball table. And the pool area has everything! Lazy River, Water Slides, Corn Hole, Putt Putt, beach volleyball. There is a pool bar and grill. The service was great too. We all had such a great time. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Sandy! We loved your house! :)

Located very close to the Clubhouse and Water Park...just a 3 minute walk.

Hey there, my family and I started vacationing in the Disney area since 2003. We absolutely fell in love with the area after visiting once or twice per year so we decided to relocate in 2012 from New York. What a drastic change it made...now I am loving summer all year round....I hate closed shoes so being able to wear sandals practically all year long is a big plus. I love seeing people emjoying this great weather and it led me to hosting....
