It was such a delight transacting with Lalaine - professional yet you can feel the friendliness. The place looks clean and smells clean. The host also took an extra mile in taking care of us by leaving bottled water in the fridge. She also accommodated our request for an extension for few hours for a minimal fee.

The place and overall accommodation were satisfying. However, I only have a few issues. First, the host should consider the fact that guests came from long, exhausting, and often delayed flights. The reason why I chose the place was because it was near the airport. I and my family wanted to rest right away after a tiring trip, but we had to wait for almost 30 minutes in the lobby for check-in. I expected a seamless check-in because, before that, she asked for our IDs through the app for that reason. Still, we waited. It didn’t help that the host was unresponsive despite my numerous calls. We were already tired and anxious at the same time. Second, the unstable internet connection issue is still there. Nonetheless, it is still a good place to stay if you just want to relax with minimal connections with the outside world via the internet.

Nice unit. Good sized room. Easy check in. Clean place (unit and building). Pool was bigger than many here. Has a work out room. Very convenient to the airport. I would stay again.
