DO NOT RENT! We were unhappy with the cleanliness of the home and didnt feel comfortable staying. We were offered a full refund from the host so we left after being in the home for about 2 hours. There was a broken shed in the yard that was a hazard w/wood other things hanging out, missing laundry door, food all over the kitchen cabinets, & NASTY kitchen sponge (we have pictures to validate). After being told we would be given a full refund after the host verified that we left the home as we found it, we were then charged $526 for a pet fee/pet cleaning fee for our hypoallergenic certified service animal being in the home. Per Airbnb guidelines we do not have to disclose a service animal prior to booking and they are always free. We even cleaned the kitchen, but we were charged for a cleaning fee. We left this place better than we found it! The host then hasn't responded to our last message addressing the service animal fee. We will report to airbnb. We are a top rated guest w airbnb.

This home is in a wonderful neighborhood, home is clean, comfortable, well appointed and host is very responsive. Highly recommend! This is our second time staying here and definitely recommend.
