Super clean and in a good location in a nice quiet location. Bonus that we could walk to coffee shops and a couple breakfast spots and Andy's was only a couple minutes away. Davis' instructions were super easy to follow and felt like everything was prepared well for us. Didn't need to contact him for anything. We had everything we needed. Looking forward to booking again in the future!

We stayed at the house for a little over a month during our honeymoon renovation and was a very pleasant stay. The property matched the listing and was very clean on arrival. It is in a quiet neighborhood and The location was very convenient with quick access to the highway to get anywhere in Springfield and was great to be so close to the Springfield Nature Center.
