Located across the street from Court Square Station which as access to the 7 and E trains. Quick to get to Manhattan or Flushing. Trader Joe's and Court Square Diner across the street. Target a couple blocks away. Other restaurants, such as Casa Enrique, a 10-15 min walk or a short subway trip away. The apartment complex is very nice. Area safe. As the Court Square subway station is so close, the trains do come right next to the apartment complex. As the room is on the 28th floor, noise is somewhat minimized, as long as the window is closed. Small apartment, but plenty of space for my needs. Includes kitchen and refrigerator. The only drawback was that the window faces east and well before 6am in May, the sun pours into the apartment early. Black-out shades would be great. Otherwise, good location, easy access, clean.

Shehrina was the perfect host! The apartment is exactly as listed with amazing views of L.I.C. and a breathtaking view of the NYC skyline. Mass transit at your footsteps. Don’t forget to check out the Court Square Diner! It’s a staple! Thanks Shehrina for your hospitality! We’ll be back again soon : )

Shehrina et une personne hôte formidable, toute c’est explication et sa réactiver était importante pour ma première fois à New York. Le logement et propre et la vu incroyable sur les building. Cuisine équipé, salle de bain , télévision , lit super. L’endroit et bien situé Pompe à essence , restaurant , commerce , etc.. le métro a 2min à pied ligne 7. Étage 28eme accès avec une carte 24/24 Je vais revenir avec ma femme obliger Merci pour tout shehrina.

We loved our stay! Shehrina was very responsive from the moment I booked to any questions I had along the way. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and our needs were met. Her apartment is brand new and has a great view and we were able to relax at night with well thought out details like a lovely smelling candle. The location is spectacular for getting into Manhattan and also for going to LaGuardia or jfk airport. We could take the train easily from the nearby station or there were always plenty of Ubers around. There is a Trader Joe’s across the street and some Asian supermarkets down the road. Everything we wanted was nearby. We were a close walk to a variety of amazing restaurants too! Overall, the value for this apartment is spectacular for what you get and if you are looking for a luxurious studio with stylish decor in a great area and reliable host this is a great pick!
