We were very pleased with our stay at Andrew’s. Gabriela and himself were very kind, helpful and overall great hosts. They had great recommendations. We could use the full space as we wished. For us personally, the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Our room on the other hand was very clean and pleasant. Overall, we were very happy and we would recommend this place!

Great location and host. Andrew and his girlfriend were very kind and accommodating. They have two very cute dogs as well (always a plus for us). The location of this Airbnb is AMAZING. Quick walk to central park and also close to the 103rd subway station, which got us to most places we wanted to go. It is also very close to food and some small shops. The AirBnB is also very quiet for NYC, which was a good plus. You can hear the train go by slightly, but it wasn’t bad. There were a few minor cons, but nothing that wouldn’t prevent us from staying there again. Firstly, the room gets rather hot, we came during the end of spring and it was a little chilly outside, but the room was still pretty hot. The room had a fan that kept us comfortable, but I would ask the host before coming in the summer. The wifi was also slower than advertised on the listing, but still very fast. The computer shown in the listing also wasn’t there, so I would ask the host before booking if you want it.

Andrew and his girlfriend are very friendly people You feel like at home. They let you use kitchen, you even have a small fridge in your room. The bed is very comfortable and the linens were of a very good quality. Highly recommend. I would stay there again.

Great place to spend couple nights in New York. Safe area and close to central park. Andrew was very hospitable.

Tremendous stay! Andrew is an amazing host. A true New Yorker, he is a wealth of information about the city and tristate area. He was welcoming and accommodating to my two pups and me. The loft is much nicer in real life than the pictures depict and it's two blocks from central park. Andrew charges a lot less than he could. I was expecting to stay in the private bedroom and share the rest of the loft, but Andrew made sure we had the entire place to ourselves. My pups felt so at home I was able to leave them unattended intermittently with little to no concern. Andrew and his pups were insistent on bidding us farewell at checkout — that fact that it was 6 am didn't appear to matter. If you're traveling to New York, book Andrew's baller East Harlem loft. Don't think about it, just do it, that is if I haven’t already booked it again.
