I stayed with Nico for a few weeks and it was great. The space itself is cozy and he was incredibly welcoming and accommodating the entire time. The location is a block away from Central Park, and right between two subway stations (2/3 and B/C) so you have access to transport but also plenty of ability to explore Harlem and Morningside. I was very lucky to have some great roommates as well. Overall it was an incredible experience and will definitely be recommending his place for future guests who are looking to stay in the city.

Nico is a fantastic host. My stay here has been nothing but wonderful. The location is exceptional, and the apartment is perfect for a long stay. Also, he is a wonderful person. Hope to see you again man!

Great place to stay, the host is extremely friendly, always responsive and is quick to resolve any issues or concerns. The place is also frequently cleaned. Having the subway right outside is also super convenient.

Julius (Nico) was a great host. He was very accommodating and welcoming. Any questions or requests were quickly addressed. Depending on if a room isn’t rented Julius may be staying at the apartment. He works during the day so if he is staying at the apartment he wouldn’t be there until later at night. However, if all the rooms are rented Julius stays elsewhere and stops by every couples days to check in and do some light cleaning. Julius provides amenities, the kitchen is stocked with pots and pans and everything you need. He also gives you a brand new bath towel and sheets. The roommates that I was staying with were great people and very friendly. The apartment’s price to location ratio is excellent. It would be very challenging to find a place this close to Central Park for a cheaper price. The park is just around the corner. Located a brief walk from the Central Park North 110 st subway station and 5 mins walk away from
