this place is a simple clean space, Everything you need is there . I felt comfortable and safe. Henry has excellent making sure you have every thing you need, and are comfortable.

Henry is an great host—responsive, helpful, and incredibly reliable. From the moment of booking, he provides a thorough brief of the place, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience. The room is spacious, a rare find in many NYC accommodations. Near Central Park so there's peaceful ambiance and a welcome absence of the typical city noise, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. No blaring firetruck sirens or busy sidewalk clamor. Accessibility is key, with numerous public transport options available. The 103rd Street subway station, just two blocks away, and the F Train station on 103rd Street make commuting a breeze. A bus stop merely a block away adds to the convenience. There's a variety of food and shopping options - From Whole Foods to Chipotle, Starbucks to TJ Maxx, Target to Five Below, Burlington, and an array of delightful delis and groceries—all just steps away. I highly recommend Henry's place and can't wait to book again! Thanks, Henry!
