Nice place! Hostess left us snacks which was a nice touch. Loved the porch. The futon/sofa bed may be a little tight for two people, but it worked for us!

Comfortable, clean and convenient! We had a brief but enjoyable stay. Great communication from host. Would recommend and stay again!

Secluded little area with a small town vibe. The mobile home was equipped with the basics needed and the host was extremely responsive. Enjoyed our stay.

There were a few dampers to our stay. First thing I noticed was a panty liner wrapper in the toilet which I had to fish out with the toilet brush. I went to put it in the trashcan...no liners. Thankfully there were some grocery bags easily found. Then was the wonky AC, I had to text our host after the thermostat did not work, and she replied to simply reset the breaker and that it does that when the AC was set too low (which up until I felt hot, I had not touched the AC). Ok, but if the host knows of common issues a note near the thermostat or in the listing ahead of time would be appreciated. Second was the lack of the advertised pack n play and really the reason for this negative review. Don't advertise you have a safe space for my infant to sleep if you really don't. When contacted, my host said it was broken by a guest 2 weeks ago. No solution offered. So our solution was sending my spouse to another bedroom so I could cosleep somewhat safely, a less than ideal arrangement.

The host was nice and responsive. There were some things that were not up to par in my opinion. I will let the host know. The beds were comfortable.
