Great space with comfortable furnishings. Hosts were responsive and generous. It's also easy walking distance to a number of great local spots. We'd definitely stay again next time we're in Rutland.

The apartment is a small spot very close to downtown Rutland. The off street parking was a convenient and felt very nice. The new heat pump made the whole place cozy as well.

Erik & Bernie were great hosts. Very helpful and responsive. The space was super clean and was exactly as listed. The location is near Killington and so many other lovely nature spots ! Thank you :)

Erik and Bernie were great hosts! Super responsive to questions I asked them though messages. The place was clean and perfect for what we needed it for, a place to rest after skiing all day.

Erik and Bernie were great hosts - super responsive any time we had questions. The apartment was clean and cozy in a super convenient location. Easy to get to Killington (where we were skiing) and huge bonus of many nearby services and great food! Definitely recommend.
