With a walking /biking trail just a few steps away, you have a safe, convenient way to travel to campus or sporting events- enjoy the convenience of mid-town Manhattan with a touch of tranquility. This was the perfect place for our family to stay while visiting our K State student for the weekend. The space was super clean and organized, and had everything we needed. Dawn was a great host, and communicated everything we needed to know with us ahead of time.

We bought this home because work and play brought us to Manhattan several times a year. Tired of cramped hotels and boarding our goldendoodle, we decided to purchase this home and set it up to share with others who may be in the same situation we were in. We work in the aviation, education and technology industries and love to rent to parents of K-state students who are in town for a visit and want to recreate the feeling of home for their student during the visit.
