From the ground floor, walk up the gorgeous wood stairs to the 2nd level where you'll enter the large, open concept living area, with floor-to-ceiling windows, a gas fireplace, and a large Roku TV, perfect for hanging out in the evenings. Notice the beautifully restored hardwood floors from the old Chevrolet dealership on Broadway! The kitchen, with a gas stove and all the cooking utensils you might need, is ideal for cooks. The laundry with stacked washer/dryer is right next to the kitchen. On this level is one bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom with tub and shower. From the 2nd floor, walk up the "floating" stairs to the 3rd level. Here, the spacious primary bedroom also has floor-to-ceiling windows, a king-sized bed, two large walk-in closets, and a connected bathroom with two sinks and a rain shower head (suitable for tall people!). The 3rd bedroom is located on this level with a super comfortable locally-made 8-inch queen-sized futon mattress, as well as a sit/stand desk and 300mbps wifi, making a great office space. This sleeping space is also connected to the gorgeous bathroom with sliding barn door glass doors. Finally, you can walk out onto the rooftop patio with views of the mountains, downtown, and the fascinating train yard: the perfect place for morning coffee! Only 6 minutes to walk to the XXX's downtown. From there, you're close to everything: restaurants, shopping, art galleries, Caras Park, the Wilma, University of Montana, the Clark Fork river, the Hip Strip! Free parking for one car on the driveway and unlimited street parking brings you to the front door with remote check in. Come stay in style and comfort!
