House was great, short 5-10 min drive to just about anything then you can walk from there. Wouldn’t recommend walking to Bourbon St from the house, easier to Uber. House is as shown, host was very responsive for checkin and we had no issues to deal with.

This was a good location for Jazz Fest. The house is as described and the beds were super comfortable. Enough space for 3 couples to stay. AC worked well and kitchen is well supplied for basic cooking. No bugs and in general very clean. We had an issue with getting locked out one night and it wasn’t clear if someone would have been available to help locally. We were able to get in through a window and the next day the culprit lock was removed. We were able to get in touch quickly with the manager through the event. Also they kindly sent us a larger coffee pot the next day so we didn’t have to use the small 5 cup one multiple times a morning. Overall a very good stay with a minor hiccup and a good place to stay near the race course. Thanks for another great fest!

The house was an easy walk to Jazz Fest which was a high priority for us. It’s a comfortable, cute house.

I guess it was the fact that we had trouble with the locks and getting inside. We felt uncomfortable waiting outside while it was dark in the neighborhood we were in . Once we're inside to settle down there's a big roach that ran across the living room floor. After that issue was resolved we was able to settle in and the rest of the night went well.
