We came away for my step sons 11th birthday. He wanted to go to the seaside, so we decided on mablethorpe and found Hannah's apartment. It was quiet and a perfect location for us. checking in was easy. local convince stores nearby, had everything we needed. One drawback was that we couldn't get the TV to work on the night time. But, because we were only there for one night it wasn't a problem. we had packed board games to play. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again if visiting nearby areas

The apartment was very good. A great location in the centre of town and the main living room has three good windows over looking the marketplace. The accommodation was perfect for a family. The bedding and towels were fresh and spotless, and the kitchen was well stocked with essentials. We had some problems accessing the WiFi and getting the TV to work - they were very helpful. The hotel itself looks to be in the process of modernisation, and the apartment and bar area were good, and I guess they are planning on upgrading the reception area and stairwell which currently seems tired and out of keeping with the apartment. Alford is very quiet and most places were closed by 5pm - so the kitchenette was essential for feeding the family.

Fantastic host.apartment room was ok . Bad points : Bad smell to the reception and staircase ( old and musky) Mattresses very thin and springy Very cold (single glazed windows) Only half a roll of toilet roll Very large open stair case (4-5 steps) we had a 18month old which was a nightmare keeping him from falling when trying to relax Sensor light in hallway was annoying through the night Bathroom was very smelly No tv in bedrooms Good points : Carpark close Friendly staff Furnishings were nice and modern Easy check in Easy check out Tea and coffee provided Stylish new kitchen Nice information book Unfortunately feel it was over priced but generally a ok stay

At such short notice Hannah accommodated our needs. The apartment was wonderfully clean, lovely location and perfect for what we needed ☺️ thank you! X

value for money, nice hotel and bar, friendly and helpful staff, apartment was a little bit disappointing as the sofa and chairs where a little uncomfortable, and the bathroom had a bit of a smell, but a good size space and location, beds comfortable, overall good value.
