Xu’s place was convenient to the strip and Chinatown. However it is not really walkable to the strip as you have to cross the highway. The place had everything we needed for our visit but it could use an update or better quality furniture. The beds weren’t quite as comfy and squeaked quite a bit. When we arrived the water was completely shut off and the host was unaware. However, Xu quickly addressed the issue.

Xu's place was in a convenient location that was a short uber ride to all locations on the Strip. Xu communicated very well and responded very quickly to any messages. Getting into the rental was simple. The rental could have been a bit cleaner, as we did notice some hair on the floor in the bathroom and some other things on the floor of the kitchen that could have been cleaned up with a simple sweep of the floor. The beds were fairly comfortable but are pretty firm. The rental overall could use some updates, but assuming you're in Vegas to enjoy all of what Vegas has to offer, Xu's place will meet your needs. The area that the rental is in isn't the most visually appealing, but the rental complex itself was decent looking and has amenities like a pool and is a short walk to a Walgreens if you need anything. You can also walk to the Rio and Gold Coast casinos, as well as a few other fast-food restaurants. Overall, our stay met our needs.

Xu’s place worked great for my group. Close to everything and nicely maintained Would recommend it.
