Nothing more than a caravan. It’s worth 30 euro at its most. It is located on a single street in the middle of nowhere. The accommodation has the bare basics. The shower water pressure hurts your skin. There is nowhere to put your luggage. The house has surveillance cameras which says it all. The only thing positive about this place is it’s location to the airport. Unless you have an early flight in the morning, don’t waste your time and money. This place is a dive. Don’t pay more than 30 euros.

Very good location if one needs to be close to Catania airport but doesn’t want to be in the city. Vivian and her family are very pleasant and helpful.

Our stay at Villa Mirko was a fabulous experience. The bungalow was cosy and clean and had all the necessary amenities. Additionally, the bungalow has a very high quality air conditioning system that helped us survive the summer heat wave. Additionally, Vivian has 2 bicycles that she rents to her guests, and they made our trip to the seaside and the nearby nature reserves quick and efficient. Vivian also provided us with the contact details to the Pizza restaurant that delivers pizza to Villa Mirko free of charge. All in all, it was a great stay and Vivian proved to be a very helpful host that creates an especially hospitable and joyful atmosphere.
