Really great place. As described The apartment was extremely clean and the kitchen and living rooms were a good size for a family of 4. Apartment is within walking distance to the chair lifts and local amenities. Ron was always an extremely responsible host before and thoughout our stay. Would highly recommend.

The place is cozy, comfy and welcoming! We can see the owners/managers spent time designing and caring for it. The location is conveniently right across the highway from Giant step express. Beds are amount the more comfortable ones I’ve e stayed. Looking forward to our next stay here next time!

Ron was awesome, allowed us to check out late and he was very responsive and communicative. Loved the treats they had waiting for us. The provided all the necessary things for our dog brushes, treats, blankets. You can walk to giant steps no problem all though walking in snowboard boots is a little tiring. The shuttle picks you up right at the bottom of the hill if you want to go to Navajo. The neighbor directly across is a Karen. Not sure if she was renting or lives there. She complained about noise to us and also got mad at us because she left her screen door open and we could get by with all of our snow equipment skis and boards so rather than hitting her door we closed it and she was not happy about it. Overall Ron’s place is dope and Ron is awesome I would recommend!

Ron's place was great. Amazing location, right across the street from the ski resort, pizza place and general store. His place was well equipped with multiple thoughtful additions like a cooler and backpack for guest use. All of the basics were there like comfy beds, well stocked kitchen and comfortable towels and linens. We had some minor issues with a faulty dishwasher, but Ron was super responsive and problem solved to resolve and remediate the situation. I would definitely return next time we're in Brian head and would highly recommend Ron's place.
