Kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, mixing bowls, etc. theNespresso machine -yummy.We brought extra pods just in case we went through them all.From the front porch to the cozy kitchen, sitting areas and comfy beds - to the lovely area below where tv was situated, our family of 5 (2 couples 1 single) adults enjoyed ourselves immensely over Thanksgiving. hiked around the area, cooked, played many games, read,watched movies,…. Love the makeup wash-cloths!The cabin is very clean,remote,quiet and comfortable.charming decor. Some minor things : 1. no body wash/shampoo/conditioner for shower upstairs or down 2. The lighting not very esthetically pleasing or great if you wanted to use the very nice game table (not quite enough light) or watch TV. Sconce lighting too harsh. 3.could use more comfy seating for watchingTV with 5 or more adults 4.We broughtrecyclables and trash home with us. place to dump it closed on Sunday. Can’t wait to come back to this peaceful cabin. 2 thumbs up for sure!

The cabin is beautiful and the surroundings serene! The cabin has everything you need for a great stay! The upstairs couch and chairs are so comfortable! The wood burning stoves create a warm ambiance either up or downstairs. We enjoyed the outside firepit during sunset and the stars at night!! Beds are comfortable, water is HOT, and kitchen has all you need to enjoy the space!! Michael guided us from the initial contact and made sure all was as promised and there was no ambiguity at any junction!! Definately worth the investment in family and getting away!!

Peaceful, beautiful, clean cabin tucked up in the mountains. This was a last minute find and it couldn’t have been any more perfect. We came at the precise moment when the changing of the seasons was in full force. That made it even better. This is one of the few Airbnbs that we’d rent again. Thank you!

I could not have imagined a more peaceful, restful, beautiful location in the woods of Virginia than this cabin. We were there for a work event so coming back to the cabin to recharge after each day was wonderful, and I am dreaming of the local winery tours I'll go on when we stay the next time. We enjoyed drinks on the secluded deck and listened to the birds and leaves rustling. The host was very communicative and we slept great on the comfortable beds. Would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to have a peaceful getaway!
