We booked this room for the groomsmen in our bridal party for the night before and day of - whilst the room itself was amazing and as described we had a massive issue with checkout. Communicated with Stephen beforehand about organising a late check so the boys didn't have to rush before the wedding and a later checkout was confirmed. Since that original message there was no communication. I had messaged on the day chasing up instructions and a code for the guys to get into the room and have still had no response. The guys called Stephen several times before he answered with instructions. On checkout day the cleaner came into the room and quite rudely pressured the guys out DURING professional photos for the wedding, even after trying to explain they were still forced out early. We have still not received any communication from Stephen. again the room itself was amazing but everything else was well below average.
