Place is not private at all you will see Host wondering on the property you paid for almost everyday. If you put the temp over 72 you will get a knock on the door by the Host to let you know you will need to pay extra fee if you want to put the temperature over 72. She will not only text you but will show up almost every second day to your door to let you know your check out date/time along with the checkout list which will be different than the one on the listing when you booked. The lock on the door is 100Yrs Old with only 1 Key which will be stuck in the lock every time you try to use it. Second bathroom is actually in the basement which is not mentioned on the listing. You will receive a different check out list in person than the one on the listing. Lastly, Don’t use any food item they all are expired in 2022/2021. YOU WANT PEACEFUL, PRIVATE PLACE TO STAY I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TO PLEASE LOOK FOR OTHER OPTIONS YOU DESERVE BETTER! I Paid around 6K to get special treatment.

Finding myself in sudden need of a place to stay near my brother after our father’s passing, Kara’s peaceful home was the welcoming place I needed. If you’re wondering about anything: read the helpful house manual and if you’re still not sure: just ask Kara. She’s so kind, direct, helpful, and responsive.

We were looking for an house to stay in for the holidays that would accommodate our family of four, which included 2 toddlers. Kara's home was perfect. Very clean, nice layout, and minimal decor. Nice central location in Barrington. We loved having laundry in the basement and the beds were comfortable. We loved staying here and will definitely be back.
