Very good location in centre of Swansea walking distance to the town center. All rooms nice and clean only bad part is that it smelt musty in the living room and sofas were extremely uncomfortable. The garden was the main drawback of the whole stay being the least appealing part. Overall recommend for a great city location.

Pros - city centre location, responsive hosts, clean and tidy kitchen, carpets and linens. Swansea was beautiful even in the rain. NB there is a portal to register at before you can access your key code to enter. Do this before you’re standing outside. Fortunately the hosts are super fast to respond. Cons - smelt musty on arrival and there was mould in bathroom. Little back yard was dirty and had had broken chairs and pans stored in it. Short stay parking meant we had to move the car around to avoid penalty fines. Oddly there were dishwashing tablets in the cupboard but no dishwasher. No dishwashing liquid made us question how well crockery and cups had been cleaned by other residents before they were put away but looked clean! Overall - recommend for a great city location for a safe, clean, convenient stay. Felt prices were a little on the luxe end for what it was. Would return as a student style pit stop rather than a luxury. Thanks for great communication across our stays x
