The whole home is inviting, comfortable and spacious. On the mezzanine first floor there is a study area above the large entrance hall. A large master bedroom with a Super King bed and ensuite, along with a second bedroom with enviable views straight up the coast with 2 single beds. Downstairs boasts a large living area, dining area that seats 8 and conservatory to the side. All looking straight out to sea. Bedrooms on the ground floor are: one room with 2 sets of very spacious bunks and ample storage. A second master bedroom with a king size bed and under bed drawers and ensuite. A spacious kingsize bedroom. At the end of the hall is a family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. The well equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, air fryer and dining table to seat 4. There is also a small utility with laundry facilities, beach towels and dog towels. The large and modern hallway is the spine through the home and also a very comfortable space to sit and read or chat in. Outside there is a hot/cold tap to wash dogs or feet. A back garden with garden table and chairs and a large front garden with side deck, outdoor seats and BBQ area. The full house will very comfortably sleep 12 people but we can close off rooms for smaller groups so please request a price for a minimum of 3 rooms.
