You would have impeccable lake views from living room, two decks , hot tub, basement, and the bedrooms. All living spaces are equipped with flat panel mounted TV for your viewing pleasure. Locke lake offers provides unique experiences for every season. In the summer you would be in the lake swimming, kayaking , fishing. During the autumn, you would experience the best fall foliage with beautiful views. During the winter, the lake freezes over for ice skating, ice fishing. If you time it well then you might get thrilled to witness the sightings of the wildlife, meteor showers, and holiday fireworks! Start your day with breakfast in the bedroom patio with peaceful lake views . The decks have remotely operated awnings enabling you to stay outside for your sunny days. The large backyard gives your kids time to play outdoor without having to worry about the traffic. You can watch them from multiple areas in the house. Beach area has two lounge chairs with umbrella for you to relax while your little ones are exploring the water. You’re welcome to use the water toys we stored for you or bring your own. We offer three adult kayaks, two kid kayaks, one paddle boat, and basic life jackets. Enjoy the lake but at your own risk. The backyard is readily equipped with picnic table, chairs, and charcoal grill. We also have an outdoor fire pit for campfire, and why not some s’mores?! Once you are back home from the busy day, snuggle up with a hot chocolate or use the hot tub and admire the views. House is surrounded with so much to do near by • Lake Winnipesaukee Alton Bay - 15 min ( Boating, Ice Cream, Scenic views) • Mt Major trail - 15 min (Hiking and Scenic views) • Gunstock - 30 min (gondola ride, ziplining, skiing, snowboarding and snow shoeing) . Day trips to White Mountains ( Kancamagus Highway - 1 hour) • Everything NH has to offer Cleanliness is top priority and so we ask all guests to leave their shoes at the door. You can bring home shoes if you feel more comfortable If you chose to work away during vacation, there is workspace available in the basement with reliable 1 GB/ps free internet service. WiFi is available throughout the property including the decks and beach area. You do not have to worry about any power outages as the house is equipped with generator. Please Note: We provide enough sheets, pillows, blankets, comforters and bath/hand/face/kitchen towels. Guests needs to bring their beach towels. Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, gas range, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, dishware and flatware. Tea, coffee, basic spices and condiments included. We hope you enjoy! There are outdoor security cameras on property facing an outdoor area / driveway. The indoor cameras are not in use during your stay.
