社区很好，房屋设备齐全，我们第一天到得很晚，主人一直在等我们，很感谢。门口就有免费的停车。咖啡店和便利店也很近。

I stayed for 2 months at Lisa´s place. The location is great, it truly is near it all. It is within walking distance to the metro E Line which can take you to DTLA or Santa Monica. If you are going to DTLA you can transfer to other lines to either travel to Hollywood, Pasadena, or even Long Beach. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. It is well in the DPS-protected area of USC as well as the free Lyft zone, which is great for USC students and any family member of a USC student. Lisa is a great host and respectful of your space. She is great and fast at communicating anything related to your stay. She will go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. The room is spacious, has all the listed amenities, and is very clean, as well as the bathroom, which is fully renovated and amazing. There is a cleaning service that comes once a week, which is great. The bed is very comfortable and the WiFi is great if you need to work. The house has a cat which is very friendly and lovely.

I stayed with Lisa for 6 weeks. Great location with reasonable access to most of the city (LA traffic permitting.) Neighbourhood is great. Very close to USC, and lots of Amenities within walking distance. I'd recommend the Nature's Brew cafe. Lisa is a great host. Very friendly, responsive and accomodating. Thank you so much for making me feel so welcome in your home!

Lisa is very responsive and she gives me the instructions clearly. She is very nice to offer me help everytime.
