Really enjoyed my stay. Michelle was very fast in responding to my needs/questions. Her housekeeping was exceptional. I found myself reading some of her books she had on the shelves. Furniture and decor was comfortable and cozy. I will stay again (if available) when I return to Pottstown.
This is a very clean, spacious and comfortable apartment. It has good vibes and lovely touches like excellent trim work and beautiful antique light fixtures. The things you need to know: There's no door between the two sleeping areas, just a curtain. This was 100% fine for us, but not great if you need an area to have a private conversation. The windows don't open. There is a front and back door that open, but they don't have screens. Again, not a problem for us because it was early spring and no bugs were out yet. The stairs are only a challenge if you have big suitcases, or if you are frail. Bring wax earplugs and an eye mask for the nighttime street noise and light. There's an awesome Mediterranean restaurant nearby (iCreate).
I stayed here with 2 friends for a weekend and we absolutely loved the spot. The loft was adorable and so clean! It’s in a great, quiet location that is walkable to the cute downtown area. Checking in and out was extremely easy, and Michelle provided clear instructions so we had no problems. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again in the future!
Michelle was a wonderful hostess. I didn’t have the airb&b downloaded on my phone so she made it very easy to communicate with her. Any questions we had were taken care of immediately. My sister had a problem with the steps and Michelle and Bill brought her through there house up the inner stairs. So accommodating!! After that she got use to using the outside entrance. Perfect location for what we needed. Highly recommend this place. Thank you Bill and Michelle for making us feel very welcome.
Second time staying here - great location, very clean. Host was very responsive. Would recommend
