Have spent several weeks in various properties hosted by Elissa. She does a top notch job of managing her rentals. Communication is always clear and swift. There have been a few very tiny issues and they were resolved immediately. Also, I have made a few small mistakes at check out and she has always been gracious about them.

Highly recommend this Airbnb if you are looking to spend time in the Royersford/Pheonixville area. The location is fantastic and I never had any trouble with parking. Check-in and out were very easy with clear and detailed instructions. The space looks just as advertised was and incredibly comfortable to rest and relax in. I absolutely loved the novelty of the suspended couch.

I highly recommend this property. It has everything you need for an extremely comfortable stay. The windows are huge. The light starts pouring in around 10:00 am, and it is so beautiful. The super high ceilings create a sense of luxury. Our host was completely awesome. There were some minor issues (some caused by me), which she graciously attended to right away. The kitchen is small and minimally outfitted, so I would not plan on doing much cooking here. There are plenty of places to go out to. The neighborhood is quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Only one negative in which a neighbor knocked on the door at 10pm but otherwise very quiet and felt at home. Great decor! Very responsive host!
