Great home for hosting your family with great beds and plenty of space to do whatever you want. This was our second stay at Brenda’s over an 18 month period for a family get together. The proximity to the town of Phoenixville is great plus the nearby paths on the river make it special. I highly recommend Brenda’s home if you are in the area.

Brenda’s home is lovely & matched the photos perfectly. Super comfy beds & cozy living room with tasteful decor. The steps outside are a little tricky & inside are steep…just something to be mindful of if you have a little one or someone with mobility issues. The house is super charming & the backyard has a ton of room for kids to run around/play games while parents enjoy the grill & quiet surroundings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Brenda is always a wonderful host and we love staying at the cottage for our pool tournament every year. It’s always spotless and she is extremely responsive. We’re looking forward to next year already! Thank you!

The cottage worked perfect for our visit. The decor is especially unique. The beds are very comfortable. The back yard was great for kids to run around. We also enjoyed the basement space.
